• Cucumbers were hydroponically grown in treatment 1 it was a disease free environment.   Both the Trichoderma & Companion treated cucumbers attained the highest final weights in grams.   No areas suffered mortality loss.

 

• Treatment 2 - the disease ‘Pythium' was introduced, control area suffered high mortality loss and a 20% reduction in final weights.

 

• Trichoderma area, when ‘Pythium' was introduced the mortality loss was major (25% loss), with a very significant 31% loss in weight.

 

• Companion GB03 treated area, when ‘Pythium was introduced the mortality loss was the least of any area with only an 8% loss.   The Final weights were the greatest with an increase over the Control x 39% and increase over Trichoderma   treated area by 49%.
