ZINTRON is a fully soluble nitrogen and zinc fertilizer specially designed for foliar applications for correction and prevention of zinc deficiency in broadacre, ornamental, turf and horticulture plants. Zinc is the most important micronutrient whose deficiency is aggravated by nitogen starvation. Zinc helps in the biosynthesis of auxin, a natural plant hormone that aids in cell expansion and helps in deeper penetration of roots to mine nutrients and absorb water from lower soil profiles. The nitrogen component of Zintron is fully available metabolic forms of nitrogen to trigger a quick response. Zintron can also be applied through irrigation water in slighly acidic to neutral soils while highly calcareous alkaline soils may trigger the formation of insoluble zinc carbonate. In such soils zinc deficiency is very common and as such foliar application of Zintron is the only way to satisfy the zinc requirement of the crops.
Zintron is compatible with other nitrogen and calcium fertilizers to further boost the nitrogen and calcium levels, it is however, not compatible with phosphorous fertilizers.
