Uses:
a)
A fast acting source of Nitrogen in itself for direct soil application
or
use through irrigation water.
b) For combination
with phosphorous solution and potash solution in
complete liquid mixes.
Safe easy to handle
liquid N formulation. Double acting for both and sustained feeding.
Of the 28% Nitrogen, half (14%) is in the nitarte form, mobile and instantly
available. The other half (14%) is ammoniacal nitrogen, which
fastens itself to the clay particles in the upper soil layers and stays
put. It is then gradually changed by bacterial action to the nitrate
form.
Compatibility:
Compatible with 16 -23 - 0 and potash solution,
in making up complete liquid mixes.
Material
of Construction:
Aluminum, stainless steel and certain fiberglass
products are good for storage and applicator tanks.
Safety:
Normal precautions for working concentrated
solutions. Note the salting out temperature of this 28% solution.
