Base™, a completely soluble, ultra-high analysis starter liquid fertilizer, has been specially designed to provide a balanced diet to the young and established horticultural crops both through fertigation and bandsprays. It contains a complete package of chelated micronutrients including cobalt for nodulting crops or crops treated with beneficial nitrogen fixing bacteria. Base™ also contains 0.3% humates to build the soil structure and improve its physical, biological and chamical properties. A persistent use of Base will improve soil fertility, crop yield and quality, moisture retention within the root zone and thus water use efficieny (WUE). Base is a complete replacement of solid, granular fertilizers that require the presence of more than adequate soil moisture to release the nutrients in soil solution. Ths liquid formulation and chemistry of Base allows quick nutrient release without causing root damage due to its low salt index.
